The main goal of the project was to resolve the house on a single floor, reducing the steep slope of the plot and placing the pool area at the back of the house, facing south. For this purpose, an elevation was chosen two meters above the street level to create a platform to contain the terrain at the back. At that elevation, the house is organized into three parts that embrace a central patio, making it a versatile and comfortable house, well connected to the outdoor space and the pool.

The house is organized into three parts that embrace a central patio.

The first part, with a gable roof, contains a porch that grants access to the house. After the entrance hall, the bedrooms and bathrooms are organized to the east.

The other two parts, covered with concrete slabs with different inclinations, contain the daytime areas and function as the central core of the house. Inside, there is a porthole and a large opening with sliding doors that opens onto the central patio and the covered porch.
