Located in a building from the 1970s in the Sevillian neighborhood of Triana, this house design preserved the original typology of the building. The unique geometry of the space has allowed for a layout without hallways, resulting in well-connected and versatile spaces throughout the house.

The choice of materials played a major role from the beginning. A neutral base was sought, with a natural-colored oak wood floor that dresses all the rooms. Wooden paneling, in line with the minimalist lines of the kitchen and using the same material, is found in the laundry room, the pantry and the guest toilet. This paneling continues throughout the hallway, wrapping the entire wall and providing access to the bedrooms and the master bathroom.

The kitchen is partially integrated with the dining room and the living room, separated by an open bookshelf with shelves made of ash wood on both sides.
