We found a house from 1940 that had hardly been touched since then. The building had an inherent charm and genuine identity traits of a single-family house in the city’s history. We proposed a non-invasive intervention, respecting and enhancing the peculiarities and details of the original design, as well as its use structure.

A vegetation-filled courtyard gives access to the entrance hall through the original wooden door. The living room, with four meters of ceiling height and ample light, invites relaxation and reading. The original L-shaped staircase is preserved. The kitchen is closely connected to the backyard, which provides natural lighting and a shaded outdoor area for dining.
A new curved design element was introduced to house the guest bathroom which, along with the kitchen, adds a touch of color that blends in with the vegetation.
